Visit the trendiest and contemporary tourist destination in Cusco known as La Morada de los Dioses (The Abode of the Gods), we have daily departures (by car) from Cusco city towards this magical place sculpted by Michel de Titan Monteagudo Mejía, we’ll do a full guided tour of the attraction and then start biking to the last existing colonial aqueduct and arch dating back to the seventeenth century.
Next, we’ll continue riding by bicycle over dirt road, we’ll pass through the indigenous communities of Pongobamba, Koricancha, Ayamarca, Villa del Carmen, Simatauca and Umanes; during this bike tour, you’ll gaze at the beauty of the Andean landscape at more than 3700 meters above sea level.
After a bike ride of approx. 1 hour, we’ll arrive at Piuray lake (water supply lake for Cusco city), during the entire biking tour, the guide will explain the flora and fauna of the Andes and also the history, culture and socio-economic activities of the indigenous communities located alongside the biking route.
