Group tours:

• The tour meet up time and ending time are approximate.
• We won’t pick you up from your hotel unless you pay an additional fee for the pick-up service. The pick-up service is only available for hotels located near Parque Kennedy in Miraflores.
• At the meeting point, we will call for your name, lastname and tour destination; otherwise, don’t get on the bus.
• We will coordinate all pick-up time details one day prior your tour.

Private tours:

• Your pick up time is sharp on time
• We will pick you up as long as you stay in Miraflores, Barranco, San Isidro, La Victoria and Lima; for other districts an additional cost will apply.
• We will coordinate all pick-up time details one day prior your tour.
• The tour ending time is approximate; however, we will do our best to end the tour on the scheduled time.

• The driver will usually make a brief breakfast stop on the Lima-Paracas route, but this will depend strictly on the tourism season, festivities, and, above all, tides(sea levels).
• Lunch will be in the city of Ica or sometimes in Huacachina. Your guide will recommend local restaurants that cost an average of 30 to 50 Soles per person.

Vehicle types — group tours and private tours:

• We implement vehicles authorized by the Ministry of Transportation of Peru.
• The type and size of vehicle will always depend on the group size.
• We implement modern vehicles with air conditioning: H1, Van, Renault and Sprinter.

Seats — group tours:

• You book a seat in the bus — you don’t necessarily book a specific number of seat.
• You will take your seat on the bus according to the arrival order at the meeting point.
• If we pick you up from your hotel, you will normally occupy the last seats.
• Travel partners or couples seat together to 95%; however, we don’t warranty this will happen to 100%.

• Boat size: 50 pax.
• Notes:
  • Even if you book a private tour, you will still board boats that have a capacity of 50 pax and join other travellers.

• Thye buggies are vehicles designed specifically for desert excursions.
• These vehicles are authorized by the Ministry of Transportation of Peru.
• Buggy size: 10 to 15 pax.

This tour is subject to variation without any prior notice, due to weather conditions, strikes and any other event that doesn’t allow the normal tour operation.
